Pricing and payment
NomadNet is the service behind the Nomad AI agent: you describe a task in words and the agent does it. The work of the neural networks is paid for in nomads, the service's internal unit of usage.
What you pay for
A top-up of your nomad balance. Nomads are spent on requests to neural networks through the NomadNet gateway, from the Nomad app or with your own API key.
The service is provided online; nothing is shipped. Nomads reach your balance once the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
Price
The ruble rate of a nomad is fixed by the offer and does not change.

You choose the amount yourself; these are examples.
How many nomads a request costs depends on the model and the amount of text; model prices in nomads are shown in the service. Before a request the estimated amount is reserved, and the charge is calculated from the provider's usage data: if the request is not carried out, the reservation returns to your balance automatically; if a response breaks off halfway, only the part already processed is charged, and when final usage data does not arrive after an interruption that part is estimated. Nomads do not expire.
No VAT: the seller applies the automated simplified tax system (AUSN).
How to pay
- Create an account or sign in.
- Open “Top up” and enter the amount.
- Pay on the T-Bank payment page with a MIR, Visa or Mastercard card or through the Faster Payments System (SBP).
- The nomads appear on your balance; the fiscal receipt is sent to your email.
Card details are entered on the bank's page; the full card number and the security code never reach NomadNet.
Refunds
Money for unspent paid nomads can be returned: the remaining balance at the nomad's price, minus the costs actually incurred, that is the payment provider's fees and the service already provided. Nomads granted for free are not part of the refund.
